I have a hp 6100 all in one and an olimpus digital camera will they work on the vista os
Yes, according to HP.com, Vista already has drviers included to run the 6100 All-In-One. Just plug in the USB cable, allow Vista to detect it and then it will automatically install the driver.
As for your digital camera, I can’t say for sure whether your model will work with Vista since you didn’t list the model number you have. However, if you’ll have a look at the 2nd link below and choose your model number, you’ll be able to tell if it will work with Vista.
HP is one of the few manufacturers that have done a good job of updating its’ drivers to work with Windows Vista. Contrary to what many people think (read: Mac/Linux fans), it isn’t Microsoft’s responsibility to make Vista work with all the drivers. The manufacturers have had Vista for well over a year and many have not taken the time to update their drivers…out of sheer laziness. But now they’re scrambling to get them working because users are buying other products that have updated drivers to work with Vista.
