Can not decide whether to get Canon DSLR (rebels), the PowerShot A640, Panasonic DMC FZ50 DMC LX2 O?
After trawling through other answers, I'm still not sure what the new camera you should buy. First I'll say I'm a total fan and not know anything about f / stops and ISO adequate and lenses. I have an Olympus digital point and shoot has been great, but is old, very slow to focus and not give me the control I want. What I know is this – is really going to significantly improve my photos if I have a Canon digital SLR? As plans and drawings of flowers the night sky? All previous cameras seem to have a faster response when triggered, so I'm happy with that. Please, any technical information that I did not know (but will come to appreciate) would very helpful! Second, I selected this list of cameras because I'm in Korea and is a bit hard to buy here. I looked at all these cameras today and it seems great … but I am ignorant of technical differences. Spring is here and I get a sweet new camera!
I know what you mean, it is difficult to choose a camera. I wanted a Canon Rebel, I mean it just seems amazing, but realistically, could not afford one, so I was the Canon Powershot A640. This little camera is awesome. It does all the things you've mentioned above. I was taking photos of the full moon the other night and it worked very well. I also have super flat with her, people, animals and flowers, all great too. What I like about this camera is that it is small, easy to handle but also has all the manual settings as well. Like the ISO and the lens and all that. You can even ask for a little cover for it and take pictures underwater. I do not think you'll be disappointed if you get this camera, I've had it for almost two months and I'm still finding more things that will. Oh yeah, sure go ahead and buy an additional memory card to buy the camera, that come with most cameras are very small.
