This is to paste into your backpack, easy to carry and lightweight. This is stable while the camera lens is not too large. Works well on my DSLR, even with a 500mm lens reflex reflector (compact telephoto design). Has limited use compared to a conventional tripod since you can not adjust the height. If you're benching the camera on the rocks and boxes of this type of tripod useful.
