What is a good camera bag?
I have the Rebel XTi and some goals … Now I have a messenger bag, but I think it would be more comfortable with a backpack. What are the best brands? Does anyone have one that is very happy with? I do not want anything that will come down too soon … I've heard say that Canon has very good camera bags. As for the price, between $ 50 to $ 150. Thanks maybe!

Waterproof Cameras – Different Cameras For Different Depths
The main consideration when investigating the purchase of a waterproof Digital Camera is the depth to which you plan to take it. There are cameras that are designed to be merely water resistant, and others that are tough enough to withstand water pressures greater than your body ever will.
At the weaker end of the spectrum you have water resistant cameras. These cameras are designed to survive some minor surface contact with water, but won’t readily withstand complete submersion for any length of time. These cameras are best suited for hikers, backpackers, and other outdoorsy types who don’t plan to enter the water, but who may encounter an unexpected rainstorm.
A bit more water worthy are the 9 and 10 ft. depth-rated Digital Cameras. These cameras are perfectly suited for those who plan on taking photos in the family pool, or at the beach. These locations will rarely be deeper than 9 or 10 ft., and just having a plain non-waterproof digital camera around the pool isn’t exactly safe because we all know accidents happen. The Fuji Finepix XP10 is one of the best and least expensive cameras out there within this rating.
If you plan to dive a little deeper, you’re going to want a camera that is rated from 10 to 30 meters. This will cover both free dive snorkeling, as well as many scuba excursions. Some of the best camera makers out there, to include Panasonic, Canon, and Olympus all make cameras that fall into this category. They each have their own lines of tough digital cameras that not only survive these depths, but can handle 10 ft. falls, and being frozen.
Finally, if you plan to dive really deep, you’re going to have to look into a more professional level of underwater digital camera. Sealife makes cameras that can handle depths up to 200 ft. This added structural integrity against the water pressure found at these depths comes at a price though, with these cameras pricing in around $500.
Essentially, finding the perfect waterproof digital camera comes down to knowing the type of activities you engage in where you might need such a camera, and finding the camera that appropriately covers the depth you plan to enter the water. Beyond that, shopping for underwater digital cameras is quite similar to finding any camera as far as other functionalities go.
