A problem with the G11 or S90 If you quit before is not yet available. If you need a camera now you can get a G-10. The G-10 is a very good camera, but the articulation of the G11 LCD can sometimes be nice to have, and the lower pixel density G11 should provide less noise at high ISO. Between the G11 or S90, the S90 has the advantage of greater compactness. The G10/11 is quite heavy for a compact, and a belt tends to fall. It offers a bit more telephoto and some nice features like the articulating LCD, shoe, and most dedicated brand. Hasselblad could be an excellent choice, but you pay a high price in money and weight. If you do not mind carrying your camera in a shoulder bag, a good choice may be the Nikon D90 with 18-105mm Lens Kit
