do you have any kind of free software on your computer that fixes photographs?
i have Picasa and HP photo smart essential that i got with a digital camera!
they can do simple stuff like change the light intensity, change to black and white, remove red eye and stuff like that but is there a better free one??
do you have these or any other free ones??
are they any good?

Perhaps it’s not really what you’re after, but how about “The GIMP”? It’s free and pretty powerful. Not very easy to use though…
