Brightest Digital Camera?
I had a really great digital camera that I ended up completely ruining with water damage a couple of months ago. So for a few events I had coming up, I decided to purchase a plain old Kodak old-school disposable instead of spending a lot of money on a replacement (my digital was $450….). When I got the pictures developed, I noticed that I actually like the way the disposable Kodak’s looked MORE than my almost $500 digital took! They were WAY brighter and didn’t show blemishes on peoples’ skin, as my old camera showed every pimple, wrinkle, etc.
My question is, does anyone know what brand and model of DIGITAL camera has the brightest and nicest picture (within a budget… I spent too much on the last one to do that again)?
“Bright and “nice” has to do with the skills of the camera operator.
Any camera can produce crummy photos, from a $45 toy P&S to $40,000 digital Hasselblad. They can also produce amazing images in the right hands.
My guess is since you were shooting film under the conditions specified on the camera, the photo lab was able to make very nice prints for you and it had nothing to do with the camera
