Nikon Camera Groups

2 Questions and comments about the camera?
1) I have a Nikon, playing with, trying to learn the "Art and Craft" of photography, and have an option of adding a lens a little better, something like a 18-105 VR, and maybe $ 200 – $ 350USD to spend on "other things", and I like to know what areas is the best possible investment. ? Any idea :/../: BTW: addedd a UV filter, hood, hand strap, LCD Cover. N near "class photo" or "local group" type options available today.: /: / MBS: shoot landscape and family so far, however, try more, so the tripod, remote control, best cheap slave flash unit, etc … or, why I'm asking. # 2) Have you ever wondered why more and learn about photography, the harder it gets to take a "great" picture? Sorry, I'm going back to sell The goal of the kit to the highest bidder. And I plan on getting the book (s) in technique, lighting, etc.
Although 18-105mm lens is a thin piece of glass, If you have regular 18-55mm 18-105mm is a bit of overlap. It is always best to avoid duplicating focal lengths where possible. If you are serious about landscapes is possible want to consider the AF-S DX Zoom-Nikkor 10-24mm f3.5-4.5G ED. A bit of overlap with 18-55mm, but ultimately will doubtless 10mm wide landscapes of immense proportions. If you are interested in low light, no flash photography with AF-S Nikkor 50mm f1.4G would be a good option. A tripod is highly recommended. In fact, I consider that a system Tripod required for good landscapes. You also want to get a circular polarizer. Its used to darken the blue sky and make those very puffy white clouds "pop". It is also used to eliminate or reduce glare / reflections from glass, water, snow, sand and painted metal – but not polished metal. If I had to choose the 10-24mm lens you probably want to buy the circular polarizer on a "fine" or "slim" assembly to reduce any possibility of vignetting. It does often seems like the more you learn about photography the more difficult it becomes to make a very good image. I think this is because as we learn more we become most critical of the pictures we make. However, at some point we must realize that although the goal of perfection is a reality not one achievable. Its fun to try to stop the embargo.
