Nikon Camera Straps
What's the material under the camera neck strap prevents slippage?
I want to know, with nylon straps on the camera (as those that come free when you buy a new Canon or Nikon DSLR)), what do you call that material that is sewn in the center of nylon straps? He alone prevent belt slippage. A friend said that is nylon, but I think it is. Help? : (
I noticed I remember an option on some on this. Some straps are nylon, some as they have a thin rubber coating, but not sure if it's rubber and then placed a piece of velvet-like material, which has a rough finish that is slip resistant. Not much help. Sorry. Mark
