My Olympus Stylus 600 camera broke. Will they replace it?
My camera broke. I called them and they told me they would only fix it. If it reoccurred, then they fix it again…Three times they will fix it and send it back to me before replacing it. What can i do to make them replace it right away so i don’t have to keep sending it back. I tried calling the corporate headquarters and they won’t accept calls. I had to email them. I haven’t heard any response yet. Does anyone know the magic words to make them replace this? I’ve heard that they generally will if you haggle enough. Thanks for the help!
I bought it at best buy. The warrenty is still going. I didn’t get an extended warrenty. I have maybe a month or 2 left on the warrenty. I just am wondering if i can get a new one because the policy they use with the warrenty is fixing it….I want a new one and think i should get it.
The warranty usually only cover repairs – also, the warranty period is usually extended by 3 to 6 months from the date of the repair.
