Is there a point and click camera advanced enough to mimic an SLR?
I only work part time so needles to say I cannot afford to buy an SLR at the moment. How ever I have seen a few more advanced point and click camera’s (I have seen a few by Olympus) and I’m wondering if anyone has any recommendations for me.
Not at this time.
P&S cameras are fully automatic (in most cases)
P&S cameras have sensors that are about 1/15th the size of a typical DSR
P&S cameras do not have the high quality lenses that DSLR’s do nor can they be exchanged for other lenses from fisheys to extreme telephoto like DSLR do.
DSLR’s have much more evolved analog to digital converters than any P&S camera
For under $470, you can buy a good DSLR with 18-55mm lens.
