How to retrieve photos from an old Digital Camera model? (Casio QV 10A)?
I've had this camera for over 13 years, was one of 1st digital camera ever. The pictures on this camera are about 96-97. I have, t been used since that time. The camera still works and I can see the images on the screen. Is there any way to recover these photos and save them to a disk or hard drive?
That old Casio uses a serial port connection to the PC, as USB has something new and nobody had it. The cameras range is proprietary connector, the computer end is a standard 9-pin female serial cable. Then you had to have software to connect the two … And get your shots off the camera QVGA beautiful. My 1 digital also was a Casio, one of the bodies of rotation, although I do not remember if it was this same QV-10A either model. Casio sets a bad shutter button twice, and 3 to go around me buy something else. It's actually still here somewhere … but I have no idea where!
